I just wrote a blog about something very similar! The joy of handing over admin to a VA… It took me such a long time to realise that I love all the people aspects of my holiday company but I just don’t enjoy the admin – reminds me of ironing – yuk, yuk, yuk. So yep, get an expert in!

My exact thoughts, and something I tweeted just this week. I am reading Strenghts Finder 2 by Tom Wrath and that is exactly the point. We spend too much of our life trying to get better at the things for which have no natural skill, rather than focussing on what we do well. How productive would the world be if we all worked to our skills.
